Bus 100E goes from Budapest Airport to Deák Ferenc Square (Deák Ferenc tér), one of the central squares in downtown Budapest. Along the way, it stops by Kálvin tér (Calvin Square) and Astoria. All three stops have Metro stations from where you can then take a train to your ultimate destination in the city.
There is also a Flibco shuttle bus that goes between the Budapest Airport and stops in the city, including Deák Square and Keleti Railway Station.

You can buy single tickets, a block of 10 tickets, or travel cards/passes for 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, 15 days, or 1 month.
There are hourly direct trains from Budapest Keleti to Vienna. The earliest departs Keleti at 5:40 AM. The entire journey takes 2 hours and 41 minutes. Tickets can be bought from the Hungarian National Railways website or from ÖBB, their Austrian counterpart.
There are trains roughly every two hours from Budapest-Nyugati railway station to Prague Hlavni. The journey takes 7 hours and 2 minutes.
There is also a Regiojet train that departs from Budapest-Kelenföld at 7:58 AM and reaches Prague at 3:19 PM, as well as a Regiojet train departs from Budapest-Kelenföld at 2:58 PM and reaches Prague at 10:14 PM.
There are trains from Budapest-Nyugati railway station to Bratislava Hlavna roughly every 2 hours starting at 5:40 AM. The journey takes 2 hours and 23 minutes.
British Airways, Ryanair, EasyJet, and Wizz Air all operate non-stop flights from Budapest to London for as low as 4 GBP.
If you want to do it by train, perhaps the easiest way would be to take a train from Budapest to Vienna, then the sleeper train from Vienna to Paris, and then a Eurostar from Paris to London.
